When you send an inquiry

BOTZ Media receives the name, email address, optional business name, service interest, and message you provide. Devin uses this information to respond, discuss your project, and keep track of business conversations. Please do not include sensitive personal information.

Inquiries are stored in a private database provided through OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare. They are available through an owner-only dashboard, not displayed publicly. Submitting this form does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list.

Basic website analytics

We count page views, contact-link clicks, portfolio opens, form starts, and inquiries received. We group traffic as direct/unknown, search, social, or other referrals. These are aggregate counts, not unique visitor profiles. We do not send your form text, name, or email into analytics, use advertising pixels, or set analytics cookies.

Optional activity tracking respects Do Not Track, Global Privacy Control, and the preference below. Successful submissions are still recorded and counted as part of operating the inquiry service.

Your analytics preference is saved only in this browser. Clearing browser storage resets it.

Hosting and spam protection

Our hosting providers process technical request information to deliver and secure the website. The application uses a short-lived, one-way identifier derived from your IP address to limit abusive submissions and events; it does not save raw IP addresses in inquiry or analytics tables. Expired rate-limit records are removed as new requests are processed. The private dashboard uses ChatGPT sign-in for access.
